I purchased hearing aids from Mike & Kerri at Lone Star about a year ago. It did not take long to discover that when you do business with the folks at Lone Star you are doing business with family.. A lot of people can do testing and sell a hearing aid. But the Gleason family genuinley cares about patient satisfaction. Mike came to our home to fit my hearing aids. He spent a good while educating me about the care for them and doing followup tests to assure that they were working properly. I've gone in for a couple of followups which are always free and they are still patient and take the time to do things right.
